Account & Data Deletion
TruckDuty is an application by Silent North Interactive. You can request deletion of your TruckDuty account and associated data using the instructions below.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to silentnorthinteractive@gmail.com.
- Use the subject line TruckDuty account deletion request.
- State that you want your TruckDuty account and associated cloud data deleted. Send the request from the email address associated with your TruckDuty Google sign-in, if possible. Do not send your password.
- We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.
What data is covered?
A verified account-deletion request covers the TruckDuty account and its associated cloud-stored application data, which may include driver profile details, vehicles, calendar and work entries, refueling records, and saved route or location history where stored in the cloud.
Data on your device
Deleting cloud account data does not automatically remove information stored locally on your device. You can remove locally stored application data through your device settings or by uninstalling the application. If you need help, contact us.
Processing and retention
We will review verified deletion requests and confirm the outcome by email. Certain information may be retained where required by applicable law or for legitimate security and compliance purposes; we will explain any applicable exceptions when responding to your request.
